It is that time of year to buy in to getting more physical while increasing our strength, power, and speed for the 2021 season. Each player should receive a text, call, or email from the coach in which they are assigned by the end of the day today, Friday, DECEMBER 4 letting you know more about the weights sessions, your specific group assignment, as well as your lifting partner.

The following days and times will hold true through the end of the 2020 calendar year. More information regarding winter sessions in 2021 will follow. Looking forward to seeing everyone Sunday night. Sunday Evenings:
Group 1 (5:00 – 6:15pm) Agee, Hood, Poncy, Richardson, ½ Campbell (1-6)
Group 2 (6:15 – 7:30pm) Buford, Botts, Pekarek, Campos. ½ Campbell (7-10)
Tuesday Mornings:
Group 1 and 2 (7:00 – 8:30am) Optional or make up session *move 1 hour back if we are face to face school
Wednesday Evenings:
Group 1 (6:00 – 7:15pm) Agee, Hood, Poncy, Richardson, ½ Campbell (1-6)
Group 2 (7:15 – 8:30pm) Buford, Botts, Pekarek, Campos. ½ Campbell (7-10)
Friday Mornings:
Group 1 and 2 (7:00 – 8:30am) Optional or make up session *move 1 hour back if we are face to face school

We will use RACK PERFORMANCE app to coordinate workouts and keep the pace of them. All student will need the app and log in (98% should have it already from spring/summer)
ALL PLAYERS AND COACHES WILL BE REQUIRED TO WEAR A MASK AT ALL TIMES AS WELL AS MAINTAINING SOCIAL DISTANCING. COACHES WILL BE CLEANING EQUIPMENT BEFORE AND AFTER SESSIONS AS WELL. THANKS!
