Location – Park Hill South H.S. Training Room

Who: ALL students interested in
participating in 2015-2016 interscholastic
athletics for the Park Hill School District
AND/OR any student needing a physical for
sport camp, scout camp, church camp, etc.

What: Pre-participation sports physicals are
required by MSHSAA prior to the first practice.

Cost: $20.00 per student-athlete
