Sports Physicals
When: April 16th @ 9am-3pm (boys 9-11/girls 1-3)
Where: Park Hill South H.S. Training Room

Who: ALL students interested in
participating in 2016-2017 interscholastic
athletics for the Park Hill School District
AND/OR any student needing a physical for
sport camp, scout camp, church camp, etc.
What: Pre-participation sports physicals are
required by MSHSAA prior to the first practice.
These physicals, administered by board certified
physicians (Dr. Jay Kimball; Dr. Scott Kuennen;
Dr. Duanna Meseyton, Dr. Kay Barney; and Dr.
Jeffrey LaFerla, OD), registered nurses, and
certified athletic trainers, will fulfill the
requirement of providing a current physical
prior to participation.
Cost: $20.00 per student-athlete
